Jadikan impian anda realiti

Sudah agak lama saya tidak menulis. Maafkan saya.

Apakah dia perlu menjadi perunding full time?

Walaupun jawapannya barangkali mudah, untuk menjadikan ia kenyataan tidaklah semudah kita menjawab atau mendengarnya. Sebenarnya ia terletak pada diri kita sendiri. Seperti kata upline saya, "berapa u nak? so, u kena bekerja untuk mendapatkannya".

"it is up to u"

Jangan biarkan ia menjadikan bayangan di dalam fikiran sahaja. make it visualize, so u can look at it at all time.

Quick Goal Setting Tips

1. Make goals meaningful.

Goal setting for the sake of goal setting almost always ends in disappointment. Goal setting is simply a tool to use in achieving a favorable outcome -- what some people call a "Dream."

2. Use positive language and the present tense when setting a goal.

It is better to say "I weigh a healthy, trim and fit 185 pounds" than "I want to lose 20 pounds."

3. Always put your goals in writing.Every expert agrees that setting a goal without putting it in writing drastically reduces your chances of success.

4. Goal setting should take place in every area of your life, including Health, Relationships, Spiritual, Career and Financial.

5. Setting Life Goals will add dimension, excitement and texture to your life.

6. Failure doesn't always mean that you did something wrong in your goal setting or

implementation. It may just mean that the time you allotted for success wasn't adequate. A thorough review process should be undertaken before setting the goal again.

Seeing is Believing:

Using Visualization in Goal Setting Human beings are captivated by visual stimulation. The entertainment industry is a multi-billion dollar industry because of it. When we see it, we believe it. If you can see it, it must be possible. Visualization is a powerful tool that can take your goal setting to the next level.

When you visualize reaching your goal, you are making it real.Without a clear picture of the end result, setting goals is just writing down concepts or wishes. If you can see the dream realized, you can see the path that takes you there. This is why movie directors create story boards before they start filming, why architects create models before they start building, and why fashion designers sketch renderings before they cut fabric. They have to have a vision of what they are creating, otherwise setting goals for box office sales, ribbon cutting, and runway shows would never materialize.

Without a clear idea of the finished product, the movie will not be produced, the building will not be built, and the garment will never be made. It’s hard to believe what we can’t see for ourselves.

This is especially important when it comes to goal setting. The term “visualization” is widely used but often misunderstood. Visualizing in goal setting is not daydreaming or wishing. It is taking a snapshot of you after you have attained your goal, and then focusing on that snapshot.Great athletes use visualization to improve performance. Actors imagine the scene before they play it.

Successful entrepreneurs know exactly where they are going, because they have vision.Dr. Martin Luther King, Jrs’ famous “I have a dream” speech was the telling of his vision for his people, and his country. Without that vision, would he have been able to affect sweeping changes, motivate hundreds of thousands of Americans, and create lasting change? No.Without his vision, he never would have a chance.

A daily visualization will alter the choices you make, and keep you focused on your goals. Visualizations can also be tangible. Put visual reminders of your goal on your bathroom mirror, in your car, on your computer at work, in your wallet. You might have a picture of your dream home, or a diploma if your goal is graduating from college.Get as detailed as possible when setting goals through visualization.

For example, you could write a short article about your successes, as if you were being interviewed by a famous newspaper or magazine.Post the article throughout your home, and read it often. You will be amazed at the opportunities that will come your way when you take setting goals and visualization seriously. In goal setting, setting your intention using visualization works almost like magic. It’s as if you have notified the universe that this goal is yours for the taking.

When, in setting goals, you visualize attaining them, you claim your goal in advance. Visualization makes every goal seem possible.More than that, it makes every goal probable. Go beyond goal setting and see the dream, feel the dream, be the dream.

Work hard and work smart.

Menjadi JUTAWAN

Tulisan Brian Tracy, menyatakan bahawa "The way you think about money will determine how much of it you accumulate more than any other factor. Your attitude toward money affects your emotions and your motivations"

Cuba baca artikel berikut:

The Five Ways to Become a Mil lionaire

If you are really serious about becoming wea lthy, you will want to know the five main ways that fortunes are made in this country. Number one, top of the list, top of the hit parade throughout the history of America, is self-owned businesses. It is entrepreneurship of all kinds, including in real est ate. 74% of self-made mil lionaires in America, not only in this generation and in this century, but in the last century as well, come from self owned businesses.

How Wea lthy People Start Out

The great majority of wea lthy people started businesses and built them from the ground up. In the 19th century, fortunes were built by people like Andrew Carnegie, Jacob van Astor, Thomas Edison, Com modore Vanderbilt, J. P. Morgan and others. In the 20th century, especially in the last few years, businesses and fortunes alike have been built by people like Bill Gates, Steve Case, Larry Ellison, Ross Perot and Sam Walton. Each of these people started with nothing and succeeded in building a business from scratch.

Become a Millionaire Where You Are

The second major source of self-made mil lionaires in America is senior executives. Ten percent of the self-made mil lionaires in America are men and women who have joined large corporations and worked with those corporations for many years. They rose to positions of seniority, were paid extremely well, given stock options, profit sharing and bon uses, and as a result of holding onto the money, they became mil lionaires.

Success Pays Big Rewards

Richard Eisner of Dis ney Corporation received a $126 million dol lar bon us in a single year. Lee Iacoca of Chrysler Corporation was paid $26.7 million dol lars as a bon us in a single year. It's not hard to become a self-made mil lionaire when you are making that kind of money.

The Professional Road to Wealth

The third source of self-made mil lionaires in America is doctors, lawyers and other professionals. Men and women who become very, very good at what they do and rise to the top of their pro fessions are eventually paid, very, very well. The top five percent in every field ear n 10 and 20 times as much as the average person in that field.

Sell Your Way to the Top

The fourth major source of self-made mil lionaires in America are salespeople and sales consultants. Fully five percent of self-made mil lionaires are men and women who are the top salespeople in their fields. They never started their own businesses. They never went to college or university to get professional degrees. They just became very good salespeople for their products or services and were paid very good money. The secret was that they then invested the money conservatively and held on to it. 99% of self-made mil lionaires come from these four categories: self-owned businesses - 74%; senior executive positions - 10%: doctors, lawyers and other professionals - 10%; and salespeople and sales consultants - 5%.

Other Ways to Get Rich

The final one percent of self-made mil lionaires is made up of all the people in all other areas. This one percent consists of people who have made their money by inventions, in show business, in sports, through authorship of books and songs, lot tery winners and inheritances. But these people make up only one percent of the total. The bottom line is that there are so many ways for you to become a self-made mil lionaire that it is almost impossible for you not to achieve this goal if you are really serious about it.

Action Exercises

Here are two things you can do to put this information into action as soon as possible: First, decide what it is that you really enjoy doing and then throw your whole heart into doing it extremely well. There is a direct relationship between excellent performance and the kind of high inc ome that leads to financial ind ependence. Second, be perfectly honest with yourself on an ongoing basis. Is what you are doing right now going to lead you to financial ind ependence, or do you have to begin making some serious changes in your work and in your life? Whatever your answer, take action on it immediately.

Seorang rakan saya berkata dia menjadi guru kerana tiada pilihan lain.

Tapping the Power of Your Morning Routine: by Jim Citrin

How disciplined are you about your early-morning routine?
If you want to maximize your success while achieving the best possible balance in your life, you may want to take a fresh look at what time you wake up and what you do with your time before getting to the office.

A Wakeup Call

Last week, I contacted some of the business leaders I greatly admire and inquired about their early-morning schedules.
Specifically, I asked 20 CEOs and top executives what time they wake up, when they have their first cup of coffee, when they start on email, what if anything they do for exercise, what time they leave for the office, and what else they do before walking out the door.
I heard back from half a dozen of them within 10 minutes, and, in a matter of a few hours, I received answers from a total of 17 out of the 20 -- a response rate that would be the envy of any market researcher.
It didn't take long for the patterns to emerge. Based on an analysis of the executives' schedules and activities, I discovered seven practices you should seriously consider adopting in order to make the most of your morning.

Start early.

This is the part of your morning routine over which you have the greatest control. To fit it all in, it's a must to start early. The latest any of the surveyed executives wake up is 6 a.m., and almost 80 percent wake up at 5:30 or earlier.
The early-bird-gets-the-worm award goes to Padmasree Warrior, chief technology officer for Motorola, who rises at 4:30 a.m., spends an hour on email, reads most of the news online, and then does an hour of either cardio or resistance training each morning. This allows her to get her son ready for school and drop him off, and still get to work by 8 or 8:30 in the morning.
Get a jump on email.
If you think you're alone in feeling overwhelmed by email, take comfort: even top CEOs and the most senior executives feel compelled to stay on top of their email, and most of them find time in the early morning to do so.
Ursula Burns, the No. 2 executive at technology giant Xerox, says, "I do email from the minute I get up [5:15 a.m.] and all day long, finishing around midnight." Haim Saban, chairman and CEO of investment firm Saban Capital Group, starts email right after his first cup of coffee "at 6:02 a.m." and works on it for about an hour before his 75-minute morning exercise regimen.
Lou D'Ambrosio, chief executive officer at telecommunications equipment leader Avaya Communications, is "on email literally within one minute after waking up. I spend about an hour at home in the morning doing email to jump-start the day. This allows me to have a clear mind when I set priorities for the day." Lou also does email from 10 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. at night.
Several executives wait until they get to the office before they start working on email. Matt Ouimet, president of the hotel group for Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, for example, rises at 5:30 a.m. and leaves the house at 6 a.m. to get to the office very early -- "I've always been anxious to get to work: game time" -- and responds to email undisturbed for an hour while the office is very quiet.

Exercise every morning.

It's often difficult to find a way to fit exercise into your busy schedule, but knowing that some of the most successful businesspeople do so might motivate you to find a way to work it into your routine.
More than 70 percent of the business leaders in my survey perform their exercise in the morning, while 15 percent find a way to do it during the day (one does it late at night before turning in). Only two of the executives admit to not exercising on a regular basis, although one said, "I know I should."
The individual who demonstrates the greatest exercise discipline is the CEO of a high-performing global technology company (I promised him anonymity so as not to blow his cover). "I exercise at lunchtime," he says. "I block the time every single day. This is because I'm a runner and that's the best time to run outside all year long."
Be thoughtful about the source, form, and timing of your news.
Much has been written about the demise of the newspaper, and, along those lines, about a quarter of the executives I spoke with has switched to online news. Yet most of the others maintain the morning newspaper as a central part of their routine.
Steve Reinemund, the CEO of PepsiCo, reads the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, and the Dallas Morning News. Rafe Sagalyn, CEO of the prestigious Sagalyn Literary Agency of Bethesda, Md., blends traditional and new media. He says, "I simultaneously skim online newspapers from Boston to Los Angeles and half a dozen blogs one really has to keep up with. At about 6:30 a.m., I fetch three morning papers -- the New York Times, the Washington Post, and the Wall Street Journal."

Problem-solve.

The quiet of the morning is often the time when your mind is at its clearest and most well-suited to solving important problems.
Steve Murphy, CEO of publishing company Rodale, says, "A line in a William Blake poem inspired me to think differently about my day: ‘Think in the morning, act in the noon, read in the evening, and sleep at night.' This has made a huge difference in my life. Now, I take out a yellow pad every morning and write my thoughts for the day, which allows me to be much more strategic and proactive than reactive."

Make family time.

Many business leaders find that the morning encourages important family time. Some have breakfast with their families or make taking kids to school a central part of the morning routine.
Greg Maffei, CEO of Liberty Media Corporation, says, "I try to talk one of my kids into going outside to get the paper, but end up getting it myself. I then have breakfast with my wife and kids, help the latter get dressed, and drive the older boys to the bus stop at 7:40 a.m."
Be creative with your morning routine.
Despite all the discipline and structure described in the above best practices, it doesn't mean you can't be creative with your morning rituals. Gerry Laybourne, founder, chairman, and CEO of Oxygen Media, maintains a routine similar to other business leaders.
However, she adds a unique twist to her schedule: "Once or twice a week, I go for a walk in Central Park with a young person seeking my advice. This is my way of helping bring along the next generation. I can't take time at the office to do this, but doing it in the morning allows me to get exercise and stay connected with young people at the same time."

The examples cited here have led me to reassess how I structure my early-morning time, and I hope they help you in making the most of your daily routine as well.

So apa lagi yang mesti anda tunggu. Berusahalah bersunguh-sungguh.

Jangan menyerah, teruslah berusaha!

Ini adalah petikan dari "Sabri SaifulSham". Mungkin anda telah pernah membacanya. Jika sudah pernah, bacalah sekali lagi. Jika belum, teruskanlah membaca.

Tajuk bukunya "Bloomberg by Bloomberg", tulisan
Michael Bloomberg. Beliau adalah pengasas kepada
Bloomberg Channel dan kini menjadi Datuk Bandar New
York.
==============
(ms 52)

"We made mistakes, of course. Most of them were
omissions we didn't think of when we initially wrote the
software. We fixed them by doing it over and over, again
and again. We do the same today. While our competitors are
still sucking their thumbs trying to make the design
perfect, we're already on prototype version No. 5.

By the time our rivals are ready with wires and screws, we
are on version No. 10. It gets back to planning versus
acting. We act from day one; others plan how to plan - for
months."

==============

Baca ayat pertama:

We made MISTAKES. OF COURSE

Dan baca juga ayat terakhir berulang kali.

We act from day one; OTHERS PLAN HOW TO PLAN-for
months.

Adakah anda tergolong dalam "others"?

Apa pendapat anda mengenai petikan ini? Pada saya,
kita kena mula merealisasikan hasrat kita. Tidak cukup
hanya merancang. Dan untuk merealisasikan itu, we must
do, what we must do. Kesilapan mungkin berlaku, tetapi
as long as kita belajar dari kesilapan tersebut, it's ok.

Plan and Prepare in Advance. by Brian Tracy

Use A Time Planner
A time planner, broken down by day, hour and minute, organized in advance, can be one of the most powerful, personal productivity tools of all. It enables you to see where you can consolidate and create blocks of time for concentrated work.

Eliminate All Distractions
During this working time, you turn off the telephone, eliminate all distractions and work non-stop. One of the best work habits of all is for you to get up early and work at home in the morning for several hours. You can get three times as much work done at home without interruptions as you ever could in a busy office where you are surrounded by people and bombarded by phone calls.

Create an Office in the Air
When you fly on business, you can create your office in the air by planning your work thoroughly before you depart. When the plane takes off, you can work non-stop for the entire flight. You will be amazed at how much work you can go through when you work steadily in an airplane, without interruptions.

Make Every Minute Count
One of the keys to high levels of performance and productivity is for you to make every minute count. Use travel and transition time, what is often called "gifts of time" to complete small chunks of larger tasks.

Remember, the pyramids were built one block at a time. A great life and a great career is built one task, and often, one part of a task, at a time. Your job in time management is to deliberately and creatively organize the concentrated time periods you need to get your key jobs done well, and on schedule.

Action Exercises
Here are two steps you can take immediately to put these ideas into action.

First, think continually of different ways that you can save, schedule and consolidate large chunks of time. Use this time to work on important tasks with the most significant long-term consequences.

Second, make every minute count. Work steadily and continuously without diversion or distraction by planning and preparing your work in advance. Most of all, keep focused on the most important results for which you are responsible.

Sebaik sahaja pemandunya berhenti, lantas dia bertanya, "What do you do, and how do you do it?"

Pemilik ferrari itu menjelaskan bahawa dia broker saham. Gardner bertanya lagi, berapakah bayarannya.

Dia mula mejadi pelatih broker saham.

Akhirnya, kisah duka hidupnya menjadi kenangan.

Katanya, "mine is a story of how to empower yourself and beat the odds stacked against you. My life could have been easily derailed by domestic violences and homeless, but I made a choice to not let those things sink me. You can break the destruction cycles that ensnare you. Be smart, have a plan and hold on to the people you love"

Two Principles for Financial Success: by Brian Tracy

The Two Great Principles for Success
There are two great principles for achieving financial success. The first Principle is what we call the law of attraction. The law of attraction says that you are a living magnet. It says that your thoughts create a force field of energy that radiates out from you and attracts back into your life people and circumstances in harmony with them. Any thought you have, combined with an emotion, positive or negative, radiates out from you and attracts back into your life the people, circumstances, ideas and opportunities consistent with it.

How to Attract the Success You Desire
Many people feel that this is perhaps the most important of all mental laws. It says that if you have a very clear idea in your mind of your desired goal, to become wealthy, and you can hold that idea in your mind on a continuing basis, you will inevitably draw into your life the resources that you need in order to achieve it. Every person who has become wealthy or successful has become wealthy and successful as a result of holding the idea of wealth and success in their mind long enough and hard enough, until they drew into their lives the resources they needed to accomplish it.

Your World Reflects Your Thoughts
The second principle is called the law of correspondence. This mental law is very powerful. It says, "as within, so without." It says that your outer world is like a mirror that reflects back to you what is going on in your inner world. And this law of correspondence says that everything that happens outside of you corresponds to something that's going on inside of you. When we say that your outer world is a reflection of your inner world, we mean both at a conscious and at a subconscious level.

Visualize Your Goals Clearly
If you consciously believe that you have the ability to achieve your goals and you can hold a picture of those goals clearly in your mind long enough and hard enough, eventually your outer world will correspond with it.

Three Reflections of Success
There are three places where we see this law of correspondence. First of all, your outer world of people will correspond exactly with your own attitude. You will always see your attitude reflected back to you in the faces and the behaviors of the people around you. If you have a positive, optimistic attitude, people will respond to you almost immediately, even before you open your mouth, in a positive and cheerful way.

Relationships Show You Who You Are
The second area where we see the law of correspondence is in your relationships. Your relationships will always mirror back to you exactly the kind of a person you are. When you are happy and optimistic and at peace, your relationships will be happy and harmonious and loving. But when your thinking is disrupted or negative for any reason, consciously or unconsciously, this will be immediately reflected in your relationships.

Inner and Outer Wealth
The third place you see the law of correspondence is with regard to your wealth. Your external world of wealth and financial accomplishment will be a mirror image of your inner world of preparation. The only part of the equation that you can control is your conscious thoughts, and if you can keep your conscious thoughts on what you want, on your images of wealth and affluence, eventually your external world of reality and experiences will reflect it back to you.

Action Exercises
Here are two things you can do to apply these principles in your financial life:

First, guard your thoughts carefully. Whatever you think about, combined with the emotions of desire or fear, you will attract into your life. Be sure that you are attracting what you want by continuing to think only about what you want.

Second, keep feeding your mind with new information, ideas and pictures of the person you want to be and the life you want to live. By creating this inner attitude of mind, you change the outer aspects of your reality.

Earn Ten Times As Much: by Brian Tracy

Here's an exercise for you; imagine that it's possible for you to earn ten times your current annual wage. If you're earning $25,000, imagine for a moment that it's possible for you to earn $250,000, a 1000% increase.

Don't Sell Yourself Short
The first reaction of most people to that exercise is to smile briefly and then to begin thinking about why it isn't possible. One man said to me, "If you knew how many years it's taken for me to get to what I'm earning today you wouldn't be suggesting that I could earn ten times as much."

Never A Good Excuse
Mark Twain once wrote that there are a thousand excuses for every failure but never a good reason. The tragedy of the average American is that whereas his or her main preoccupation seems to be money, or the lack thereof, the average person has the inherent potential to earn far more than he or she is doing currently.

Is the manager earning $250,000 per year ten times as smart as the manager earning $25,000? 10 times as experienced? Does he or she work 10 times harder? Of course not. None of these are physically or mentally possible, but there are people in every business earning many times more than others with the same average age, experience and intelligence.

The Results Are In
In fact, a few years ago in New York, a thousand men and women were selected at random and tested for I.Q. Between the one having the highest I.Q. in this sample and the one with the lowest, there was a difference of only 2 1/2 times. But between the person earning the most, who by the way, was not the one with the highest I.Q. and the one earning the least, who was not the one with the lowest I.Q., there was a difference of 100X in income.

Action Exercises
Here are two things you can do to start increasing your earnings.

First, identify the highest earning, most successful people in your field and find out what it is that they are doing differently from others who aren’t doing as well. Copy them every day.

Second, set a goal to double your earnings over the next two or three years and then figure out how to accomplish that goal.

Boost Your Productivity: By Brian Tracy

All successful people are very productive. They work longer hours and they work better hours. They get a lot more done than the average person. They get paid more and promoted faster. They are highly respected and esteemed by everyone around them. They become leaders and role models. Inevitably, they rise to the top of their fields and to the top of their income ranges, and so can you.

Make A Decision!
Every positive change in your life begins with a clear, unequivocal decision that you are going to either do something or stop doing something. Significant change starts when you decide to either get in or get out, either fish or cut bait.
The Vital Quality of Success
Decisiveness is one of the most important qualities of successful and happy men and women, and decisiveness is developed through practice and repetition, over and over again until it becomes as natural to you as breathing in and breathing out.

Why People Are Poor
The sad fact is that people are poor because they have not yet decided to be rich. People are overweight and unfit because they have not yet decided to be thin and fit. People are inefficient time wasters because they haven't yet decided to be highly productive in everything they do.

Kumpulan ejensi perunding saya sedang berkembang.

Biar saya cerita tentang dua perkara sahaja.
Pertama teknik satu kali tiga.

Jadi, kenapa masih tunggu lagi. Jangan biarkan bertangguh menjadi tabiat anda.

Slice and Dice the Task: by Brian Tracy

Why You Procrastinate
A major reason for procrastinating on big, important tasks is that they appear so large and formidable when you first approach them. One technique that you can use to cut a big task down to size is the "Salami slice" method of getting work done. With this method, you lay out the task in detail and then resolve to do just one slice of the job for the time being, like eating a roll of salami, one slice at a time. Or like eating one piece of a frog at a time.

Do One Small Part to Start
Psychologically, you will find it easier to do a single, small piece of a large project than to start on the whole job. Often, once you have started and completed a single part of the job, you will feel like doing just one more "slice." Soon, you will find yourself working through the job one part at a time, and before you know it, the job will be completed.

Just Get Started
Once you start working, you develop a sense of forward momentum and a feeling of accomplishment. You become energized and excited. You feel yourself internally motivated and propelled to keep going until the task is complete.

Action Exercises
Now, here are two actions you can take immediately to put these ideas into action.

First, select one big important task and lay it out in front of you.

Second, select one part of the task and do it immediately.
